Male Reproduction system - process

The male reproductive system matures during puberty. This is when the testicles start to produce millions of sperm cells:

1.) First, sperm cells are produced in tiny tubes inside the testicles.

2.) Then, each vas deferens transports sperm cells from one of the testicles to one of the seminal vesicles.

3.) Next, the sperm cells in the semen are transported through the prostate and into the urethra.

4.) Finally, the semen travels through the urethra and out the end of the penis. This process is called ejaculation.

Mindmap:

  • What does the male reproductive system produce? What does it do?
  • What are the main parts of the male reproductive system?
  • What are the vas deferens?
  • What is the prostate?
  • What is the function of the testicles? and the scrotum?
